£300-£800 depending on size and age of house, and complexity of project.

The whole process takes a few months; Dr Barker can usually complete in time for a birthday or Christmas present if given sufficient notice. 

There will be scope for you to help with, participate in, and comment on, work in progress. Dr Barker will certainly be in touch with you during the research period to check that he is working along the right lines in terms of your particular interests and tastes.
